Tizen 7.0 Support
SigangeOS announces support for the latest Tizen 7.0. This support includes the latest 2023 C Model lineup of Samsung displays. signageOS, through its partnerships, is able to provide Tizen 7.0 support prior to its release into digital signage. By leveraging signageOS, any and all digital signage networks have the ability to connect supported displays with simple zero-touch provisioning. Provisioning instantly connects screens running supported OSs, such as the latest Tizen 7.0, reducing the time needed to integrate displays into any network.
New Core Apps Around the Corner
The release candidates for our new core apps are now available, and the production versions will follow shortly. Some of the most prominent features include on-display frame-accurate content synchronization, making your SoC-based video walls work like a charm. Additionally, we have enhanced our debugging listeners for faster troubleshooting, and we are expanding our reporting capabilities.
Alert Rule Configuration Updates in Box
This latest update is designed to provide a proactive alert system, enabling you to trigger alerts based on Applet commands that are dispatched from the device. This functionality was previously exclusive to REST APIs, but we've expanded its reach, making it readily accessible in Box. You can now easily set up custom commands for logging and health monitoring on your Applet. This new update provides you with real-time information, ensuring you are immediately notified if there are any issues with your playback.
Performance Improvements
Our Box team has achieved a significant milestone in enhancing app performance by effectively reducing load times by an impressive 64%. This means quicker access and smoother navigation for you. The team has further optimizations scheduled for later this month to provide an even more seamless Box experience.
New Billing Portal
For your convenience, we have partnered with Stripe to introduce a new billing portal. This portal allows you to effortlessly access your invoices and update your credit card information. Moreover, we have exciting plans to introduce additional functionality later this year, aiming to further streamline the overall billing process.
