Applet Detail Redesigned
Exciting news! We've completely redesigned the Applet detail page to enhance performance, control, and usability. Now, you gain more detailed information , such as type (CLI-based or Basic) and the latest version from the Applet list view.
Our fresh design introduces a new overview panel for quick access to general information and a direct link to access the SmartBuilder UI for generating deployment bundles across platforms. These improvements aim to make managing your Applets smoother and more efficient.😉

“Basic Applet” Update
Introducing CodeMode, a new feature for Basic types of applets. With embedded VSCode, coding prototypes and testing new APIs are now faster than ever. CodeMode allows you to pin a selected device or Emulator and your code updates automatically when you press Save and Build.😎

CodeMode Applet
Now, enjoy full-screen VSCode with the convenience of connecting up to 4 devices simultaneously. Seamlessly send the latest version of Applet code to these devices with auto-reload functionality for hassle-free updates.

CLI Applet Update
The CLI Applet now offers a comprehensive view of your preset configurations, along with detailed insights into your README and CHANGELOG files. Additionally, we've revamped the File Explorer to simplify the validation process for your Applet resources.

Deprecation Notice
Important: This update is 100% backward compatible with the existing REST API and all previously released CoreApps, so no code updates are necessary.
In Box, you will see an updated UI on the device detail page, allowing you to set a single Applet as active. The new flag is also automatically applied when assigning an Applet via Bulk Actions or Device Policy.
We recommend updating your REST API calls to our Timing API to reflect the active flag and omit the startAt and finishAt values.
