What you will find working as a Marketing Operations Specialist
Maintaining growth for the signageOS newsletter, overseeing its execution
Cooperate with the team to plan, produce, and schedule blog posts
Creating copy for email campaigns, measuring impact, and continuously working to improve conversions from email marketing
Managing contributor content, ensuring their articles meet the brand guidelines and SEO requirements
Assisting in the outreach of the brand’s marketing efforts
Reporting regularly on the progress of all content means learning to gather and analyze data using Hubspot & Google Analytics
Managing all social media accounts to drive brand presence and engagement
Requirements
1-2 years of proven relevant content marketing experience
Experience coordinating content strategy on complex technical issues
Experience in email marketing & campaign management/strategy
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
Knowledge of the marketing funnel, its parts, and its optimization
Understanding of SEO best practices
Outstanding, native-level English written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be editing and proofreading content)
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to assist other team members in problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a complex and technical environment
